The Grinch is a furry green being who hates Christmas. He tries to steal Christmas. He hates Christmas because his heart is three times too small.Cindy Lou Who is a 6-year old girl Who, who lives in Whoville. She becomes friends with Grinch even though he’s mean and grumpy and nobody else likes him.

Otherwise, write three sentences about your favorite part of the book.: The problem is that the Grinch is trying to steal Christmas because he hates it. He takes all of the presents, Christmas trees, stockings, and even the Christmas food from every Whoville house.

If there was not problem, write three sentences about what you would have liked to have seen in the bookthat the author did not include.: The problem was solved by Cindy Lou inviting the Grinch to be the Whoville Wholiday Cheermeister. She also invited him to the Who’s house for a Christmas dinner. When she asks him that, his heart grows three times bigger. Then he thinks that Christmas is not so bad.
How did this book make you feel? Write three (3) sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.: The book made me feel happy that the Grinch’s heart grew bigger and that he liked Christmas. In some parts, the book made me laugh.

My favorite funny part was right at the end when the Whos told the Grinch about Easter. The Grinch said, “Christmas is one thing, but Easter is another. I HATE Easter!”
