One day a man named Willy Wonka sent five golden tickets around the word. Whoever found one of them would be invited to visit his famous chocolate factory. The fortunate finders are five children who will have an extraordinary experience, visiting the factory.

Mr. Willy Wonka, the owner of the chocolate factory. A surprising man, full of energy and creativity.

Charlie Bucket, a very poor boy with a gentle heart.

Four children whose behavior is not always proper.

During the tour four children, whose behavior was wrong, will be changed, somehow, by the Oompa Loompas, tiny creatures who help Mr. Wonka produce his fabulous chocolate. Only Charlie Bucket does not get to be changed . Since the beginning of the story, he has appeared attentive, responsible, generous, and fearless.

As reward for being such a good boy, he receives a special prize. At the end of the adventure, Mr. Wonka offers him the entire factory: Charlie will be the new owner.

I loved reading this book, because it is hilarious and full of surprises.

I loved it so much that I am going to read “Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator” to find out what Charlie is going to do as owner of the factory.
