This book took place in many places. The first place was on a pirate ship. The second place in inside the wild west. The third place takes place inside outer space in a space battle between martians and a boy.

Raymond is one of the main characters. Raymond is a boy about age seven and he has a negative way of acting.

All of these spots he went to was very dangerous. And two of the spots he went to, the pirate ship and the mountain lion, would probably have killed him. But the escape of the martians was not impossible.

But when the martians hit him he had used up his “meanwhiles”. “Meanwhile” is a word that takes Raymond into different times, like comic books. When the martians hit him he was falling back to earth. And before he hit the house he said, “THE END”. And he was back inside his room.

This book made me feel that I never wanted to go inside a mountain lion’s tummy. It makes me feel that I never want to go on a pirate ship. And it makes me feel that I never want to be in outer space fighting martians.
