Halt, Evanlyn, Horace, and Will – they are from Araluen and helping the Skandians against a new enemy invading their land. Erak is from Skandia. He is a fierce warrior who saved Will and Horace’s life.
PROBLEM OR CONFLICT
The Temujai are battling the Skandians. The Temujai have 5,000 warriors where the Skandians only have 1,500. The Temujai have bows, arrows, and horses and Skandians fight with axes, shields, and horned helmets.
Will and Halt planned the plan to use archers to surprise the Temujai. That made the Temujai furious because it took out many of their warriors from the battle. And the Skandians won.
FAVORITE PART
When I was reading this book I felt a little worried and scared for the Skandians. I was TERRIFIED!!!!!!!!!!!
