earbookSETTING
The story is set in a boys’ house. The boys and the dog also go for a walk outside. Outside on their walk, they see things in a city.
GENRE
Fiction
CHARACTERS / SUBJECT MATTER
The main characters are a young boy who has big ears and listens to many things. He always wears a green, black, and white shirt, and he has brown, short hair. There is also a small dog that is brown and white, and he wears a black collar. He also listens to many things.
PROBLEM, CONFLICT or FAVORITE PART
My favorite part is the boys’ sister slams the door. I like this part because it is funny to me. Also, the boy and the dog are surprised and they have funny expressions.
It would have been good to have included parts where the dog barks. I want to know what the dog would sound like. I think he would bark loudly and it would sound like, “RROOOOFFF”.
CONCLUSION
The book was funny but it did not make me laugh. It also made me feel silly. The silly and fun part is when the bell is so loud that it shakes their heads.
RATING

This is one of my favorite books. I like funny things and this book has lots of funny parts. It also rhymes so the book sounds really nice when you read it out loud.
