The Muons recorded the first part of their soundtrack and voiceovers for their marionette performance using a multitrack recorder. They selected an ambient sound effect of “deep space”, then rehearsed and recorded the dialogue between the main characters in the first two scenes. Afterwards, they rehearsed the marionette movement in conjunction with the recorded sound and experimented with some lighting effects as well.
