I thought that she was very brave and willing to take risks. She could have been enslaved again, but she took risks to help her parents as well as people that she didn’t even know.
How did this book make you feel? Write three sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.: When reading this book, I felt that it was unfair for the slaves. It made me sad and I felt bad for them. I was happy when they reached freedom.
