What Is Science?

We started our science block with the table covered in paper so we all could make notes and drawings to answer “what is science?” We filled the whole white board when we shared our ideas! Some examples: orbits, cells, electrons, digestion, anatomy, gravity, measurements, trees, water, fuel power…the list goes on! We then played a game to match fields of science with their definitions. This took way more time than I anticipated, but it was very cool to see the electrons working together to match the fields and definitions without adult intervention.
