Writing Workshop: Webs

Our mini-lesson today was on using webs as a pre-writing tool to help brainstorm and organize our writing. We did a whole group example (topic “My Vacation”) and then the kids worked in partners to create one of their own. Afterwards, they made or continued plans in their folders, and we had a few minutes for sharing! Time flies when you’re having fun!
