A member of the board will confirm if you are placed on the roster or on the waiting list.

Overview

Register your family for the Fall 2021 session (October-December) using the form below. Registration will be available until September 23.

The cost per child is $200, or $35 for a Junior Membership if the child is under 3 on October 7, 2021. Please reach out to contact@nearwesthomeschoolers.org if you are experiencing financial hardship, or if you are a returning member and believe you may be carrying a balance.

Please note that on Saturday October 2nd @10am there a will be a mandatory adult orientation for the attending parent/guardian for all confirmed member families. Please make arrangements for childcare during this time.

I/We, the undersigned, have read and agree to, the foregoing Member Agreements, Policies and Procedures outlined in the the most current Co-op Handbook available at nearwesthomeschoolers.org, and agree to abide by the agreements, policies, practices outlined within it. In the event of illness or accident, I/We request that measures be instituted without delay, in accordance with the Emergency Medical Form(s) provided, as judgment of medical personnel dictates. Our digital signature(s) contained herein shall be legally binding equivalents to a handwritten signature. Lastly, I/We further agree to have fun and smile as frequently as possible, to the extent I/We are able. After all, that is what homeschooling is all about.
