Write three (3) sentences which describe the Setting of the book. Be sure use descriptive words.:	The story takes place in a creepy house. In the house, everything is moving by itself. Everything is really old and Bloody Mary, a spirit, lives in the house.
List all of the main characters in the book, and share a little bit of information about each character.:	Mr Finn is a very strong dad that has two kids. One of the kids is Liam. He has a sister named Kelly. They see weird things happening in the house. They also hear weird noises. Mr Finn cannot hear the noises.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about it. Otherwise, write three sentences about your favorite part of the book.:	My favorite part was when Bloody Mary came out of the mirror. Bloody Mary came out of the mirror because Kelly’s friend Mitali came over and the friends were playing a game to call Bloody Mary’s spirit. They didn’t think it was going to work. But then it did work. Bloody Mary scratched Kelly and took her necklace.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about how the problem was solved. If there was not problem, write three sentences about what you would have liked to have seen in the book that the author did not include.:	I would have liked to see more things about Bloody Mary, because there was only one part with Bloody Mary.
How did this book make you feel? Write three (3) sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.:	The book made me feel scared in the first part. Then it made me feel great when Bloody Mary came out. I think I was waiting for that part.

List all of the main characters in the book, and share a little bit of information about each character.:	The main characters are Liam, Kelly, Mr Finn, and Bloody Mary. Liam is a seven year old boy who really hates the house that the Finn family has bought and moved into. Kelly is about twelve. She is Liam’s sister who was playing a game with her friend, Mitali. The game was called Bloody Mary. She spun around 13 times in front of the mirror, each time she reached the mirror she would say “Bloody Mary” a little louder than before. They didn’t think Bloody Mary would actually come out, but she did.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about it. Otherwise, write three sentences about your favorite part of the book.:	The problem in this book was that the Finn’s moved into a new house in Upstate New York. Kelly hated the house and so did Liam. It was very creepy and stuff moved by itself, fans spoke, toy letters on the fridge moved to spell out the message “Leave now, love Mom” (but mom had died before). And the charm on Kelly’s necklace was mom’s ring. Bloody Mary stole it. And their dog was missing.

If there was not problem, write three sentences about what you would have liked to have seen in the book that the author did not include.:	The house burned down but nobody got hurt. They didn’t get hurt because they heard their dog barking outside the house. Everybody left the house to go to the dog since he had been missing. After the house burned down, Kelly saw something glistening in the sun, she ran towards it, and it was her mom’s ring that Bloody Mary had stolen. The family then decided to move back to their old town, Hopeville.
How did this book make you feel? Write three (3) sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.:	The book made me feel scared because it was a scary story book.
