Write three (3) sentences which describe the Setting of the book. Be sure use descriptive words.: The book takes place outside in the snow. The story starts out at George’s house and then he goes up a mountain to ski. In the end, he is at his neighbor Farmer Renkin’s house.
List all of the main characters in the book, and share a little bit of information about each character.: Curious George is super curious. He likes to play in the snow and go skiing. He is a monkey. He can drink hot cocoa and communicate with humans. The other main character is a pig. The pig is buried in snow.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about it. Otherwise, write three sentences about your favorite part of the book.: The problem is that the pig is lost. The other problem is that George sinks in the snow. His friend Bill left George while they were skiing together. Bill was not being a thoughtful friend by leaving George.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about how the problem was solved. If there was not problem, write three sentences about what you would have liked to have seen in the book that the author did not include.: The problem was solved by George bringing the pig home on its sled. George also had skis and snow shoes. Those were helpful so that George could walk on the snow.
How did this book make you feel? Write three (3) sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.: This book makes me feel nothing. It just makes me feel like I’m thinking about the book. And in my mind, I see a curious little monkey jumping on my head.

Write three (3) sentences describing why you gave this book this rating.: I would give this book two stars because it was weird. I do like weird things, but they’re still weird. What was weird about it was that the snow was so deep that it could go up to George’s waist and that he sunk in it.
