Write three (3) sentences which describe the Setting of the book. Be sure use descriptive words.: The book takes place when rabbit likes carrots. He likes carrots from a garden that clearly says “no rabbits.” When the book starts out, he is at his house with too many carrots.
List all of the main characters in the book, and share a little bit of information about each character.: The main character is a rabbit. I think the rabbit is greedy because he wants more carrots and doesn’t care about other people’s houses. There’s also a tortoise, a bird, a beaver, and a squirrel. The tortoise is sweet because he lets bunny stay in his shell. Beaver is worried about his house falling down.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about it. Otherwise, write three sentences about your favorite part of the book.: The problem is that all of their houses break down. All the houses break down because of all the carrots rabbit is putting in. Rabbit couldn’t sleep in his house because it was full of carrots. Tortoise broke his leg.
If there was a problem presented in the book, write three (3) sentences about how the problem was solved. If there was not problem, write three sentences about what you would have liked to have seen in the book that the author did not include.: The problem is solved when rabbit lets everyone stay at his house. They get all the carrots out of the house by eating them (at last). I don’t think rabbit will be so selfish with the carrots again.
How did this book make you feel? Write three (3) sentences describing the feelings you had, when reading the book.: It made me feel weird because he loves carrots so much and stuffs them in other animals’ houses. I felt excited because the carrots were washed away. That part made me feel happy because then he wouldn’t have to hide any more in animals’ houses.

Write three (3) sentences describing why you gave this book this rating.: I rate this book three stars because the carrots got washed down the stream, and that was exciting. Rabbit was sleeping in carrots. I did feel bad that their houses got ruined.
