Today we did a rainbow review of everything we’ve practiced so far and built our burpees. There were stations around the grove, one for each color of the rainbow. Each station included a movement opportunity: breathwork, dynamic stretches, 30 second plank, squat ladder, burpees, push ups, stretching, and a brief guided relaxation at the end. As we moved from station to station, we completed approximately a half mile of running, jogging, and/or walking.
