Symmetry

This week we talked about symmetry. The children made so really cool symmetrical designs that are hanging to dry in the art room. They designed one half of a folded paper and then tried to recreate it on the other side. Then they painted one half and folded it to create a true symmetrical design.
We will continue symmetry next week when they do a project of creating a symmetrical portrait.
