| What is the setting of the book? |
| Most of the story takes place on the Lucky Lady, a boat that Geronimo and his sister Thea bought for their adventure. Then they land at Mouse Island for the ending. |

| Geronimo Stilton, he is the editor for the Rodent’s Gazette in New Mouse City. His sister Thea likes to go on lots of expeditions. Their cousin Trap comes along, he is very annoying and Geronimo’s nephew Benjamin who is so cute. |
| What is the conflict of the story? |
| Thea found a treasure map for the Emerald Eye and sweet talked Geronimo into joining her expedition. They sail through a storm before reaching the island on their map. Trap was supposed to be an expert sailor but he only read 11 chapters of the giant sailing guide! They found the island but it turned out to be a popular vacation spot. As Geronimo flew home he saw that the whole island was shaped like an eye, it was really the treasure! |

| They all had a relaxing couple of days at the Mouse Island resort and flew home. Until Geronimo got a call from Thea saying she had found another map… oh boy. |
