What is the setting of the book?
The setting of the book is on Paradise Island. Then Wonder Woman moves to Super Hero High. Super Hero High is a school to test your ability to strike opponents with your powers. Super Hero High has other students.
Who is/are the main character(s)? What are they like?
Wonder Woman is the main character. Her friends are Frost, Bumblebee, and Golden Glider. Wonder Woman is from Paradise Island. She has a lasso of truth and a star above her head. She is kind of funny, playful, and nice. But her enemies are Captain Cold, Ratcatcher, and Heat Wave.
What is the conflict of the story?
Wonder Woman does not fit in at Super Hero High. All the students have amazing powers — like, Frost can shoot ice beams from her hands! But Wonder Woman only has a lasso.
What was the conclusion of the book?
There is a competition between different schools to show off your powers. Wonder Woman is part of Super Hero High’s team. She does very well, and beats Captain Cold.It turns out that Golden Glider is not Wonder Woman’s friend! In fact, she is trying to sabotage her team, because she is the sister of Captain Cold.

In the end, Wonder Woman felt happy, like she fit in at the school.

While reading the book, what were your emotions?
I was happy at the end of the book, when Wonder Woman felt in her place at Super Hero High. I was sad when she had to leave Paradise Island, because I was like, “Why can’t she take her mother with her?” And I was angry when Wonder Woman lost one of the competitions because she was helping someone; it felt unfair to me.
Do you think the book had a moral? If so, what was it?
No, I don’t think the book had a moral. But its theme was “Fitting in is hard.”

Why did you give the book this rating?
I did not really like it; there was not much adventure. It was only just little situations. I wanted, like, action! But it was just, like, “I’ll help you down from this cliff.”
What was your favorite/least favorite part?
My favorite part was when Wonder Woman fit at Super Hero High. I liked it because everyone was happy, and people all found their spaces. My least favorite part was when someone else won the Mole Hill competition just because Wonder Woman was trying to help someone.
Would you recommend this book to others? Why?
I’d recommend it, because even though I don’t think it was pretty good, there were some intense parts. Like, “Oh, I have to rescue you!”
