Our gym class began with a game of bean bag tic tac toe, then we moved over to a warm up where the children stepped on paper plates and would alternate coming down to pick up the plate and continue placing in front of them and only setting their foot on the plate. It was much more a challenge than it seemed. Then we had some fun gliding in a competition to reach the cone first.

We continued with a group circle and we all chose a warm-up excercise, we ran in circles and some suggested obscene number of repetitions like 100 and we settled with 10. We played catch in a circle and finally we ended with Tag and Mother May I?

These little ones have a tremendous amount of energy. 

We had a blast! Sabrina and I were definitely more tired than the kiddos.
