We survived the cold! Many thanks to Vicki for sharing and rounding up extra gloves for us.

Today we worked on push-ups, practicing them on a wall first to work on form, tempo, and breath, then inclined on the two levels of the picnic tables.

We played red light/green light and did a circuit of activities to practice everything we’ve worked on so far (planks, running, squats, and push-ups). We introduced resistance tubing with direct supervision for a couple of the circuit activities.
