Art: Building Beaver Dams

We had a group of busy, adorable beavers today, making working dams out of sticks, rocks, mud (playdough), and leaves. The beavers were able to tests their dams and then make adjustments to improve their effectiveness. Ethan shared the verb “compacting” with the rest of the Quarks, which they learned would help their dams become stronger.
