| The main character’s name is Mel and she can’t wait to grow up and make her own decisions. She is confident and calm when danger comes her way. |

| Mel is tired of her parents choosing where they live, and what they eat. Especially after her grandparents mysteriously passed away. She can’t wait to become an adult and make her own choices. When she finds a new world that she is worshiped in, Mel gets offered the chance to live in a world without parents. But there’s a trick, she has to give up everything. |
| What was the conclusion of the book? |
| Mel refuses the offer there is this big battle between the bad and good and she is transported back to her world, her and her parents. In the end her life is much better after that and she is happy. |
| While reading the book, what were your emotions? |
| At the end of the book I felt kinda sad because Mel deserved that world where she was her person and there where just people in that world who didn’t agree with her and were mean and pushed her out. |

| Because I liked it it was a good story and i felt like I connected with Mel. |

| My favorite part was was the pictures. It was a graphic novel so it had a lot of them. |

| Yes! I don’t think this particular book would be a good read aloud and feel like the age rage is probably 8-11. |
