Weekly Summary: Glass jar lanterns – Neutrons – Art

I thought we could all use some more light during those gloomy days and long nights so I decided to make lanterns with the group. We up cycled glass jars- Neutrons created one of a kind designs with sharpies on white tissue paper which then they glued onto the surface and mod podged over. At the end we each placed a LED tea light inside and admired the glow.

I love that each artist had a different and very original vision for their lantern. Hopefully the new creations are serving their purpose and providing their creators with a calming, warm light.
